Yummy Pubs, the venture led by Tim Foster and Anthony Pender, has set out three ways of growth for the company.

It includes looking for franchise partners. Yummy said: “You may already own a site and would like our input and structured approach to improve the performance. We can do this by; tagging you onto our marketing campaigns and giving you the tools to deliver the Yummy pub experience; helping you purchase through our network of suppliers; provide menus and training for the kitchen; not too mention customer service training and a hands on approach from our team of directors.”

Yummy, which operates four pubs, said it’s also looking for investors, “individuals or organisations who want to invest funds in new sites and don’t want to be too hands on, where a report and scheduled meeting structure is preferred”.

The final method is through partnerships. “This is for individuals who would like to be a pub landlord and run their own venue but would like a support network around them including: marketing, purchasing, operations advice, menu design, recruitment collaboration and finance accounting/reporting.

“The idea here is provide all of this by owning a venue in partnership with us, so we can work together to create another Yummy Pub with your help and most importantly personality.”

Yummy operates the Wiremill near Lingfield in Surrey, the Grove Ferry near Canterbury in Kent, the Somers Town Coffee House near Euston in north London and the Gorringe Park in Tooting, south London.
