Russian restaurateur Arkady Novikov is understood to have secured its third site in London, after taking the former Dolada site in Mayfair.
Novikov, who opened his eponymous restaurant and bar in Berkeley Street in summer 2011, is believed to be looking at opening a high-end Greek restaurant on the site, which is beneath the DKNY store in Albermarle Street.
The restaurateur will soon open his Brompton Asian Brasserie by Novikov in Knightsbridge.
