Innocent, the ethical drinks brand behind a range of smoothies and fruit juices, is to launch a pop up café. The Five-a-Day Café opens in Shoreditch in East London on 1 October. Gizzi Erskine, the food writer and chef, has been tasked with putting the menu together, with dishes starting from £5. The trend for pop up bars and cafes shows no sign of abating and has even seen branded operators getting in on the act with Giraffe, the casual restaurant operator, launching a bar in Manchester during the World Cup.
