Healthy food and juice bar chain Crussh is to open new sites in London’s Kensington and Fulham as it returns to the expansion trail.

The group, which was founded in 1998, was bought out of administration in January 2023 for £640,000 by Keep in Business Ltd, MCA understands.

The purchaser, a vehicle used by a consortium of investors for the acquisition, is owned by Tolladine Estates Ltd (33%) of which Simon Waterfield and Ralph Congreve are shareholders.

At the time, administrators Ian Corfield and Philip Reynolds of FRP Advisory said the business had been “significantly impacted” by the pandemic but “immediately” found a buyer.

Pre-pandemic, Crussh traded from c35 sites, including franchise partnerships with SSP Group and caterer Sodexo.

The group has since downsized to eight sites, primarily trading from city centre and office areas across the capital.
