Shake Shack UK franchise operator Diverse Dining is looking to increase its digital presence by developing its omnichannel offering.
Diverse Dining is also in negotiations with landlords for new sites, according to accounts filed at Companies House.
During the period covered in the accounts, one Shake Shack closed, in Cambridge Circus.
The business said during 2022, the trading landscape “remains fluid” in terms of sales and cost pressures.
The company said it was reliant on its immediate parent undertaking, Wenchov Holdings, to provide finance for tis working capital and future expansion plans.
During 2021, sales increased to £34.8m (2020: £20.6m).
Loss before exceptional items was £2.3m (2020: loss £7.3m).
