A new speciality coffee brand and roastery, Kiss the Hippo, is to launch in Richmond, MCA understands.
The flagship store under the concept, which is being led by Can Eren, is under construction and is taking over the former T2 shop on 50 George Street.
Kiss the Hippo is described as an “ambitious new specialty coffee company”, with barista-led service and a focus on cutting-edge brewing equipment.
