Kaspa’s – the gelato and dessert house concept – is aiming to have 100 sites by the end of 2017.

The group currently has 33 restaurants under a mixture of management and franchise and has another 33 identified, including its first site in Scotland – in Glasgow.

The menu is focussed around ice cream sundaes, waffles & crepes, cakes and puddings.

The first site was opened in 2013 by brothers Azhar and Qasim Rehman. The company is now seeking franchisees across the country who are capable of opening at least five stores within five years.
