Cobra Beer is the only trade business to be listed by The Sunday Times among the 100 best small firms to work for in the UK. Placed at number 35, the company is said to fizz with confidence and the 67 staff members feel proud to work there. Almost 70% of employees are under 35 with only 3% over 55, and 18% of them earn more than £35,00.
