The second ad in Smirnoff vodka's 'Not the Usual' campaign focuses on the drink’s filtering process. The ad will appear on national TV from mid-November until Christmas. Total spending on the advert will be about £3m. The ad features Jon Polito, a favourite of the Coen Brothers, whose character dies, and his ashes are taken to a company called 'Live On'. Here they are transformed into a diamond that is seen at the end of the commercial glinting in the tooth of a woman.
