Allied Domecq Spirits and Wine UK has appointed Paul Cox as sales director for its UK business operations.
The appointment will cover both the on and the off trade, focusing on driving forward ADUK's premium spirit brands, which include Malibu, Tia Maria, Courvoisier, and Ballantine's whiskies.
Cox joins from PepsiCo where he has held senior management positions for 12-years.
