Diageo, the drinks producer behind Smirnoff and Guinness, has announced that Nick Rose, the company’s chief financial officer, is to step down this October.
He is to be replaced by Deidre Mahlan, who currently acts as his deputy. Rose will remain with Diageo until the end of December 2010.
