Punch Taverns, whose recent trading figures appeared flat, are a sell, according to broker KBC Peel Hunt.
It was disappointed by a downshift in its like-for-like sales and is sceptical that its discussions with tax authorities about establishing a Real Estate Investment Trust will come to anything.
