Wagamama, the international noodle-bar chain, is testing a breakfast menu at five sites in the City of London. It is thought that if successful, the restaurant operator will expand the offer to other urban locations that would suit an early start. The menu, which includes dishes such as breakfast yaki soba and a Wagamama kedgeree, is being tested at restaurants at Fleet Street, Liverpool Street, Mansion House, Moorgate and Tower Hill. The company previously tested a breakfast menu at Wigmore Street in London’s west end before launching the offer at Heathrow Terminal Five.
