Rosa’s Thai Cafe, the 11-strong group from Saiphin and Alex Moore, have announced plans to open two new restaurants, in Tooting and Ealing.

The new 60-cover Tooting site, split over two levels and located on Tooting High Street, will open to the public on 22 March.

It will have an open kitchen on the ground floor, with a basement space that can be used as a 25-cover private dining room.

Rosa’s new Ealing Broadway restaurant, on 33 Haven Garden, is planned for early summer.

Both sites have been designed by Gundry & Ducker and will serve Rosa’s typical menu, which includes butternut red curry, stir fried aubergine, chicken satay, papaya salad and pad Thai.

Gavin Adair, managing director at Rosa’s Thai Café, said: “The launch of our Tooting and Ealing restaurants mark an exciting year ahead for Rosa’s. Both areas have a loyal and growing local foodie community, so offer the ideal locations for the new sites.”
