Chris Raaff has stepped down from Wagamama, the Duke Street Capital-backed chain, to join Five Guys, as its new head of recruitment, MCA understands.
Raaff spent nearly seven years at Wagamama as its head of recruitment, after joining the company in 2009 from Citirecuit. Previous to that he worked at Berkeley Scott.
He joins Five Guys as it further strengthens its presence in the regions.
The group, which recently opened its 50th site in the UK in Harrogate, has openings lined up in Exeter, Aberdeen, Leicester and Norwich.
