Morty & Bobs is looking to open two sites per year across the UK, with its third location to open next month in Kensal Rise.

The Edition Capital-backed all-day restaurant, café and bar business, began life as a street food operation in East London, with its third permanent site marking the start of its expansion plans.

The business, owned by Charlie Phillips, is targeting established neighbourhood destinations and local communities across London and beyond, it said.

Charlie Phillips, owner of Morty & Bob’s said: “I’m thrilled to be expanding the Morty & Bob’s brand with our third permanent restaurant in London.

“The Kings Cross location already has a cult and loyal following and we’re looking forward to reaching a new demographic in the bustling, vibrant and cool neighbourhood area of Kensal Rise.”

The new 48-cover site at 118 College Road, will offer all-day dining, including speciality coffee cocktails, and a range of healthy, inventive dishes, alongside a daily brunch offering and its infamous grilled cheese sandwiches.

The venue also features two outdoor, covered and heated terraces.
