Lussmanns Fish & Grill, the Andrei Lussmann and Tim Hope-led concept, has opened its third restaurant in Hertfordshire.
The group has converted a former 18th century coaching house overlooking Leyton Green in the centre of Harpenden for is latest openings.
Lussmanns was set up by Andrei Lussmann, who previously ran flagship PizzaExpress restaurants and worked as an international franchise manager.
He also worked for Fish Diner and Corney & Barrow in the City of London before setting up Lussmanns in 2002 in the capital, before establishing the business in Hertfordshire in 2004.
