Humair was previously operations manager at Napket, the four-strong boutique café chain.

Founded in 1989, Leon de Bruxelles, which specialises in mussels, fries and beer, currently operates c.60 restaurants in France, plus sites in Belgium, Dubai, Oman, Abu Dhabi and Japan.

The chain, which is majority owned by OFI Private Equity Capital, plans to open another 30 sites in France over the next four years.
