Leading operators including Honest Burgers and Pho are to make their debut in Cardiff next year as part of a new development in the Welsh capital.

MCA understands that Honest and Pho will be joined by Mowgli at the new development in the city’s Church Street, which will be anchored by the largest The Botanist to date from the New World Trading Company.

Honest, which will open a site in Bristol this July as it looks to up its regional presence, is understood to have taken a 2,500sq ft unit at the scheme that will come on line in the second quarter of next year.

The 25-strong Pho, which is led by Mark Smith, 25-strong company, recently secured a site in the Tunsgate scheme in Guildford, and is believed to be targeting a further two to three openings this year.

Indian street food restaurant group, Mowgli recently opened in Westgate Oxford, with further restaurants planned for Leeds, Reading, Manchester and Nottingham.

NWTC recently secured the third site for its Florist concept, with an opening at Intu Watford.

The venue is set to open at the end of the year, joining Bristol and a recently opened site in Liverpool in the Florist stable.
