La Tasca is to enter the retail market with a number of food extensions inspired by its head chef Antony Bennett’s most popular dishes.
The 42-strong chain, which is led by Simon Wilkinson, has appointed Beanstalk to aid distribution and seek partners in non-food classifications such as cookware, publishing and gift items.
