Karali Group, the Burger King franchisee, is set to launch its new fast-casual chicken wings-based concept Sticky Sisters, with a double opening, MCA understands.

The company, which is led by Salim Janmohamed and currently operates 55 Burger Kings in the UK, has secured sites in Farnborough and Leeds for the concept that offers both dine-in and takeaway options.

The Leeds site, which will be in the Merrion Centre will open next month, with the Farnborough site in the Meads shopping centre, set to follow later this spring.

The company said that Sticky Sisters would specialise in signature chicken wings and accompanied by a “terrific menu for guests to savour”.

Janmohamed said: “We are excited to open our first Sticky Sisters restaurant in Leeds. The Merrion Centre was a clear choice for us when looking for our first Leeds location due to its fantastic positioning in the city and its great shops and leisure outlets that continually bring in great visitor numbers.

“We’ve got a sauce for every situation and a wonderful menu for all tastes; we very much look forward to welcoming you to Sticky Sisters Leeds.”
