Hawksmoor is rolling out its six-course Classics Menu, commemorating the dishes, drinks and the people central to Hawksmoor’s first decade.

Created by Richard Turner and Mitch Tonks (Executive and Consultant Chef respectively) with wine pairings by Fiona Beckett (Guardian wine columnist and Hawksmoor co-owner Will Beckett’s mum), the menu will be available for lunch and dinner priced at £70 per person or £110 including drinks.

It features Shortrib Nuggets with Kimchi Ketchup, Scallops with White Port & Garlic and Tamworth Pork Belly Ribs as well as the classic filets or rib eyes with bone marrow.
