High-profile chef Chris and Jeff Galvin are to make their debuts in Scotland this summer, with the opening of two restaurant in Edinburgh’s Caledonian Hilton hotel.

The pair will open a fine-dining restaurant called Pompadour by Galvin and a more casual Galvin Brasserie de Luxe at the 241-bedroom hotel on Princess Street, which is currently undergoing a £24m refurbishment.

The two restaurants are set to open in August.

The Galvins recently opened their fifth restaurant in London, Galvin Demoiselle in Harrods, the Knightsbridge-based department store.
