Marco Pierre White plans to turn his Italian restaurant Frankie's, named after jockey Frankie Dettori, in London's Knightsbridge into a chain.
First to get the makeover will be his Criterion restaurant in Piccadilly Circus, followed by other branches in Chiswick and Islington, London.
There will also be franchised branches in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
