What's the most important action the industry can take to encourage the consumer? Stop heavy discount led promotion and offers. If we are in this for the long term we all need to protect brand equity

How much has your business changed to combat the recession? We haven't changed what the customer sees, apart from carry on strong innovation. Biggest change is slimming overheads.
