Five Guys, the fast-growing burger concept, has appointed Holly Elliott, formerly of Caffe Nero, as its new finance director, as it closes in on opening its fiftieth site in the UK, MCA has learnt.
Elliott, who replaces Adam Gregory, recently spent a year as chief financial officer at Nails Inc UK and before that was finance director for Caffe Nero UK for four years.
She joins the group as it gears up to open its fiftieth site, which is expected to be in Harrogate.
The company has also continued to strengthen its pipeline, with sites secured at Brighton Marina and the Meridian Leisure Park, Leicester.
The group has further openings lined up this year in Aberdeen, Thanet, Watford and Southampton, as it looks to target 30 openings in the UK in 2016.
It will also make its debut in France and Spain later this year, with sites secured in Paris and Madrid.
