Dim T, the dim sum chain of restaurants launched by the Kaye brothers, Samuel and Adam, will open eight new sites this year taking its total to 14. The company will open its seventh restaurant and third outside London, in Maidstone, Kent in April. The group will also open its eighth restaurant and its fifth in the capital in the same month, on the site of the former Texas Lone Star restaurant in Gloucester Road. It has also signed on a site in Loughton, Essex, which it plans to open later this year, while discussions on a further three restaurants are at different stages of completion. The group opened its fifth and sixth restaurants just before Christmas last year at the More London scheme near Tower Bridge and in Nottingham. It also operates restaurants in Highgate, Hampstead, and in Charlotte Street in London, and in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The group has set a roll out target of 24 sites over the next three years. Davis Coffer Lyons acted on behalf of Dim T in regard to the Gloucester Road and Loughton sites.
