Berlin-style kebab concept Döner Haus is opening in Manchester’s Corn Exchange in October, MCA understands.

The contemporary kebab concept has a site in Glasgow and a smaller footprint format, Döner Shack, in Leeds Trinity Kitchen.

The brand is operated by Sanjeev Sanghera under his Bavava Restaurants company.

Döner Haus joins the likes of Banyan, Cosy Club, Mowgli, Pho, Gino D’Acampo and PizzaExpress at the scheme.
