The company is also understood to be in talks on a site in Hale, but has recently pulled out of opening at the upcoming Victoria Gate scheme in Leeds.
The group, which also operates the Jackson & Rye and Limeyard formats, opened the eightieth site under its eponymous brand in Chelmsford last month.
Earlier this week, it opened the fourth site under the Jackson & Rye concept at Kingston Riverside.
