Loungers is set to join the line up at the new Tunsgate Quarter scheme in Guildford, with its Cosy Club brand.
The 21-strong concept is set to join the Ivy Collection and Pho at the scheme, which will launch later this month.
Cosy Club has also signed up for a 5,000sq ft restaurant in its Hunter’s Walk area fronting onto the Chester’s Northgate Street.
Cushman & Wakefield is acting on the Tunsgate scheme.
