High-profile chef Bobby Chinn is to open his first UK restaurant in London’s Soho this autumn.
His new 90-cover restaurant, called The House of Ho, will open on the former Med Kitchen site in Old Compton Street and will offer Vietnamese food “with a twist”.
Chinn, who is the host of the TV show World Café, currently operates two restaurants in Vietnam, Restaurant Bobby Chinn in Hanoi, and Bobby Chinn Saigon.
