Burger & Lobster, the London-based group, is lining up three more regional openings, M&C Report understands.
The six-strong brand, which has already lined up openings in Cardiff and Manchester, is believed to have secured a site at Milsom Place Bath.
It is also in talks to take space at the Hilton Hotel, Liverpool One and unit at the Victoria Gate development in Leeds.
The group, which this week launched smaller sister format Smack - Lobster Roll in London’s Binney Street, recently secured the Pacific Oriental site in Threadneedle Street and is understood to have secured the Via Fossa site in the Port East Building, West India Quay.
It will open in New York at the end of November.
