Seafood restaurant business Bonnie Gull is to unveil a second site in London’s Soho next month.

The company is set to open a 22-cover Bonnie Gull Seafood Shed site at 22 Bateman Street, which will adopt a bar-style layout and serve small seafood plates, oysters, premium wine served by the glass and cocktails.

Founders Alex Hunter and Danny Clancy started the ‘seafood restaurant in the city’ concept with a pop-up in an old Hackney Pie ‘n Mash shop before launching its first permanent site - Bonnie Gull Seafood Shack in Foley Street, Fitzrovia – in 2012.

The group closed its Exmouth Market site earlier this year.
