Bill’s, the rapidly-growing restaurant chain backed by Richard Caring, has secured the Giraffe site in London’s Chiswick for an opening later this year, M&C Report understands.

The group, which opened its 23rd site in Hoxton Square yesterday, has taken the Giraffe unit in Chiswick High Road, plus a neighbouring A1 unit that it has received planning permission on to make one restaurant.

The company will open a further site in Kensington High Street this summer and is understood to be in talks on units in Salisbury and Leamington Spa.

The chain is thought to be producing average weekly sales of c£30,000 and is on course to deliver full-year sales of between £20m-£25m.

Shelley Sandzer acted on the Chiswick deal.
