Bill’s, the fast-growing, Richard Caring-backed chain, has launched a new menu across all of its 27 restaurants.

Alongside its normal afternoon tea offering, the company has also added a “Candlelit Dinner for two” at £17.50 a head consisting of an 18oz rump of beef with skin on fat chips, a carafe of red wine and an Eton mess to share.

The group, which will open two further sites in Leamington Spa and London’s Clink Street before the end of the year, has also extended its retail range with the launched of three new hampers (Classic, Bumper and Giant) and three new retail boxes (Christmas, Chocolate and Breakfast).

The prices for the hampers range from £55.95 - £110 and the boxes range from £19.95 - £24.95. All will contain the group’s own label products including Bill’s beer, Bill’s coffee, Bill’s Christmas pudding and Bill’s fudge.

In the new year, Bill’s will be extending their retail range further, with a new truffle range - pink marc de champagne, red velvet cup cake & Black forest Gateaux – and chocolate bars - Eton Mess, Dark Chocolate & Almond, Earl Grey and Citrus.

In addition, a range of sweets is being developed with some of the signature Bill’s desserts on the menu in mind; Bill’s lemon meringue, cinnamon donuts and cream tea.
