Bill’s, the Richard Caring-backed restaurant chain, has continued to strengthen its pipeline both in London and regionally.
The 63-strong group, which will open in Colchester and Taunton next month, is believed to have secured the old Post Office site in Witney’s Market Square and the unit at 107 Muswell Hill for an opening on 3 August.
M&C also understands that the chain is in talks on its first site in Birmingham.
Earlier this month, the group opened in Sheffield.
The brand, which will open in Leeds later this year, recently acquired the Café Sol site in the centre of Greenwich for an opening before the end of the year and will launch in Southampton at the Wetsquay Watermark scheme in 2016.
It is also believed to be in talks on sites in Manchester’s Trafford Centre; Eden Centre, High Wycombe; Staines and Milton Keynes.
The group, which is on track to post full-year turnover of close to £90m in its current financial year, plans to open a further 20-plus sites over the next 12 months and believes there is scope for over 250 openings in the UK for the brand.
