The team behind Bar Soba, the Glasgow-based pan-Asian street food-influenced concept, is set to launch a new pizza format later this spring.
The Brad Stevens-led group will open Pizza Punks at 80 St Vincent Street, Glasgow.
The company, which operates three sites in Glasgow and one in Edinburgh and Leeds under the Soba brand, is thought to be looking at other opportunities to expand south of the border.
It is aiming to become a UK-wide brand and build a 30-strong estate in the next three to five years with venues in Liverpool and Manchester being targeted for this year.
