Bao, the Taiwanese street food concept, has secured the former Feng Sushi site in Borough for its third opening.

The Bao team, which is supported by Karam, Jyo and Sunaina Sethi, plans to open the Stoney Street site next March.

The group launched its first restaurant in Soho in 2015, followed by Fitzrovia last year.

Bao founders Erchen Chang and siblings Shing Tat and Wai Ting Chung have travelled extensively across Taiwan, China and Asia which has inspired their cooking especially the Xiao Chi, or ‘small eats’ restaurants in Taiwan. It launched in out of a stall in Netil Market.

Emma Flather of Hanover Green Retail is believed to have acted on the deal.
