J D Wetherspoon has put up a portfolio of six pubs for sale.
The pub company has jointly appointed CBRE and Savills to handle the six sites identified for disposal across the UK.
The pubs include The Babington Arms in Derby; William Jameson in Sunderland; The Water Gate in Barnstable; Baxter’s Court in Hackney; The Grey Friar in Preston; and Kentish Dovers in Peckham.
The sites are being considered for sale either as a portfolio, in small packages, or individually.
They are described as “substantial, landmark public houses with a high standard of fit out in high profile locations.”
