StreetXO London, David Muñoz’s Mayfair restaurant has launched a cocktail bar – CircusXO.

Since opening earlier this year, the three Michelin Star-winning chef has been developing the cocktail programme at Street XO known as ‘liquid cuisine’ where the team take a gastronomic approach to the cocktail list.

Examples from the menu include ‘Drinking Pekin Duck’, with hoisin syrup, mezcal dressed with shoaxing wine, lime juice, cucumber, soda, duck condiment.

There is also an ‘XO Premium Twist’ menu - classic drinks made with super premium spirits and given a Dabiz makeover, as well as the ‘XO Drivers Experience’ of virgin cocktails.

David Muñoz said: “We want to amaze our customers with our creations at CircusXO. Liquid cuisine is an important part of the XO World where we use Chef’s rules with a barman’s soul and we’re excited for this next chapter that we hope will Rock Mayfair.”
