Springhead Brewery, the Nottinghamshire brewer and pub operator, has announced plans to open a fourth pub by converting a house on its new brewery site. It follows the company’s move to the current site in Laneham last summer. Managing director Helen Teasdale said: “In order to fit more people in, and provide an enhanced service to our followers that includes a food offer, we will be converting the house on the brewery site into a welcoming and traditional pub. We hope to be open by Easter.” Springhead already operates a brewery tap on the Laneham site called Meg’s bar. Its other pubs are the Bramley Apple Inn at Southwell and the Vine Hotel at Barnbygate.
