Marylebone Leisure Group is to open its first site outside London and its fourth under its Marmalade Pubs joint venture with Ei Group, MCA understands.
The group will launch the Royal Windsor later this month on the site of former The Royal Oak, in the shadow of Windsor Castle.
The group currently operates ten sites including the pubs under Marmalade banner. The first site under the JV – the Compton Cross – opened last summer.
