Mitchells & Butlers (M&B) is seeking a new learning and development director, following the departure of Kadisha Lewis-Roberts, who is relocating to Switzerland, M&C Report understands.
Lewis-Roberts has been director of talent development at M&B since March 2011, after joining the managed operator from Kraft Foods.
An M&B spokesperson said: “Kadisha is taking up an exciting career opportunity and relocating to Switzerland at the end of the year.
“She will leave a great legacy behind her and has contributed significantly to our learning and development programme over the past two and a half years.
“We are in the process of actively recruiting for Kadisha’s successor.”
