A number of Enterprise Inns board members, including chief executive Ted Tuppen, have increased their stakes in the company.
Tuppen has invested approximately £43,234 in acquiring 103,131 shares at 41.92p per share to take his shareholding to 3,294,310 shares.
Hubert Reid, chairman, had 55,000 shares purchased for approximately £23,056 by his wife, Mrs M E W Reid, to take his total stake in the company to 300,000 shares.
Simon Townsend, chief operating officer invested approximately £10,480 in acquiring 25,000 shares to take his stake to 728,831 shares.
Finally, Neil Smith, who replaced David George as chief financial officer earlier this year, spent £10,480 acquiring his first 25,000 shares in the company.
