Estate agents in Wales think that Dylan Thomas's favourite pub could fetch up to £1m.
The Brown's Hotel in Laugharne, Carmarthenshire is said to have attracted interest from Thomas fans including Mick Jagger, Pierce Brosnan and Neil Morrissey.
Terry Thomas & Co, the agent handling the sale, said that a similar pub would usually fetch £600,000, but its link with Thomas means it may well go for a lot more.
