A group of popular music bars in Belfast have been acquired out of administration by events company Shine Productions and Dublin-based concert promoter MCD.
The group, which comprises The Limelight, Katy Daly's and Spring and Airbrake, was previously operated by CDC Leisure and associated company Tarwood. Both companies and the bars were placed into administration in June 2010.
The three bars had been on the market through administrators KMPG with guide asking price of £1.95m.
