Amber Taverns has acquired Shenanigans in Preston, one of the 73 pubs Aprirose acquired from Mitchells & Butlers last year.
The former O’Neill’s site in Friargate will be refurbished and rebranded by the James Baer-led group, which operates c135 sites.
Aprirose was operating Shenanigans under its Milton Pubs arm, which is headed up by managing director, Daren Knipe.
At the start of this week, Aprirose confirmed that it had acquired Wear Inns for £22.4m.
