The site of a Chimichanga in Wimbledon has been sold for c£2m.
A private buyer acquired 80 The Broadway, which is entirely let to the Prezzo Tex Mex brand, through Coffer Corporate Leisure.

Coffer Corporate Leisure advised the vendor, a client of Aker Properties. James Boatman Chartered Surveyors acted for the private buyer.
