TGI Fridays has appointed Steph Williams as its new people and culture director.

Williams will join the American-inspired chain from B&M Retail, where she spent 11 years as head of human resources. Previously she worked in a number of roles for Peninsula Business Services.

Earlier this year, the brand also announced the appointment of Richard Latham as chief operating officer, after he joined TGI Fridays in 2022 as regional director for the North West.

Commenting on her appointment, Williams said,“I’m delighted to be joining TGI Fridays at what is such an exciting time for the business.
