Matt Snell has been appointed commercial director of Gusto Restaurants.

Snell will join Gusto in January in a new role to strengthen the executive team at the expanding brand which has doubled in size since the Palatine investment in 2015.

Snell was previously a head of operations at Fuller’s, operations director Red’s True Barbecue, before joining Giraffe as brand director in February 2017.
